Equilibra® Weight Loss™ is a food supplement based on Konjac Fiber and Fucus Seaweed. Glucomannan is a vegetable fiber obtained from Konjac tubers. It absorbs liquids and, when in contact with water in the stomach, forms a soft gel that envelops food. In the context of a low-calorie diet, it contributes to weight loss. Fucus Seaweed promotes metabolism, while the iodine contained in Fucus contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal production of thyroid hormones, and normal thyroid function.

How to use

How to use: 6 capsules per day. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g (6 capsules) of glucomannan in 3 doses of 1 g each (2 capsules), with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and as part of a low-calorie diet.
