How to use

It is recommended to take 3 tablets, swallowed with water, at least 30 minutes before a meal and 3 tablets immediately after a meal. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 g of charcoal at least 30 minutes before a meal and 1 g immediately after a meal.
