How to use
How to use: Open the package immediately before use and remove the patch. Wait a few minutes, holding it in your hand to allow the thermal reaction to activate. Remove the adhesive film. Place the patch on the painful area, making sure it adheres to your clothing or directly on the skin, ensuring comfortable and free movement. The maximum temperature will be reached in about 30 minutes. When you no longer feel the heat, remove the product.
