How to use
How to use: Open the package immediately before use and remove the device. Wait a few minutes, holding it in your hand to allow the thermal reaction to activate. Place the device in the appropriate pocket of the band. It will reach maximum temperature in about 30 minutes. When you no longer feel the heat, remove the product.
