Rooibos is a plant that grows exclusively in South Africa. After fermentation and drying in the sun, its leaves turn red, giving the drink its characteristic color, earning it the name "African red tea." Its aromatic and sweet infusion has a light flavor reminiscent of hazelnut and mallow. Naturally caffeine-free, it's perfect for any time of day. This rooibos originates in a semi-desert area of South Africa's Northern Cape. Here, the Heiveld cooperative supports small producers of organic wild rooibos through a solid social entrepreneurship project and helps them conserve and protect the environment.

How to use

Preparation method: Use one filter per cup, add boiling water, without pouring it directly onto the filter. Leave to infuse for about 5 minutes. To best enjoy the quality of this infusion, we recommend drinking it plain, otherwise sweeten to taste with sugar or honey.
