Maca is a tuber that grows in the highlands of the Peruvian Andes. It is useful for physical and mental fatigue and for metabolic support. It has a tonic adaptogenic effect, because it is able to support the body in coping with stress through a general and non-specific action to support the body's physiological adaptability and resistance.

How to use

It is recommended to take 2 tablets 3 times a day with a little water, for a maximum of 6 tablets a day.
