Details

Lye is a mixture of sodium percarbonate, Marseille soap, and citric acid, which performs three functions simultaneously: degreases, cleans, and sanitizes. The percarbonate, when used with hot water, allows the lye to release active oxygen, which dissolves dirt, solubilizes it, and removes it naturally; the Marseille soap facilitates the cleaning action; the citric acid removes limescale.

How to use

Machine wash: 30°C for delicate and colored items; 60°C for cotton and white items; 90°C for heavily soiled items. Hand washing: Fill a basin with warm water and add 2 tablespoons of lye; let the laundry soak for about 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Dishwasher detergent: Pour directly into the dishwasher and run the selected wash cycle. Dishwashing degreaser: Let soak for 30 minutes, then scrub and rinse thoroughly. All surfaces: Pour the mixture into a clean spray bottle, remembering to shake well before use; use on the most resistant surfaces in the home such as bathroom fixtures, stovetops, etc.
