GRAPEFRUIT and MINT also enrich the flavor and crispness of the herbal tea, especially in the hot season.

How to use

For an excellent cold herbal tea, leave one tea bag in 200 ml of cold or room temperature water for 7 minutes. If necessary, use a teaspoon to facilitate immersion of the tea bag in the water. For consumption in a 500 ml bottle, we recommend using 2 tea bags to preserve the optimal flavor of the product. If desired, add ice or sweeten to taste. We recommend drinking 2 cups of herbal tea per day. For a positive draining effect, it is recommended to take the herbal tea for at least 3 weeks.
