How to use

Working from the inner corners of the eyelid outwards, apply the kajal eyeliner along the upper lashes, then draw a line along the lower lashes. To create a smoky and sensual effect, go over the eyeliner with the blending brush on the other end. Line the inner edges for greater definition and drama.
