Passionflower, known since the time of the Aztecs, promotes relaxation. Valerian is valuable for promoting relaxation and sleep in the presence of stress. Hawthorn is able to exert beneficial relaxing effects. Lime promotes relaxation in times of greatest need. The Calma Stress Matt phytofluid combines these four plant ingredients which, acting synergistically, can be a valid aid in moments of greater tension and stress.
