Instant Melatonin Tongue Film

How to use

It is recommended to take one orodispersible film per day, dissolved in the mouth without water, shortly before bedtime. The effect of melatonin on reducing the time required to fall asleep is obtained with 1 mg. If the product is used to relieve the effects of jet lag, take one orodispersible film shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and continue for a few days after arriving at your destination. The effect of melatonin on jet lag is achieved with a minimum of 0.5 mg.

Thickener: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Humectant: Glycerin; Emulsifier: Polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate; Flavoring, Melatonin, Sweetener: Sucralose; Coloring: Brilliant Blue FCF.
