This fine white tea, grown on the high slopes of Darjeeling, is distinguished by its delicate aroma, enriched with subtle notes of mountain herbs. It has a luminous light gold color, the result of bottom-fermentation and the high quality of the selected leaves. It is a First Flush tea, meaning the first harvest of the year, which takes place between late March and early April. The leaves harvested during this period are considered the most valuable, thanks to the exceptionally fresh aromatic profiles they develop.

How to use

Use one filter per cup, add water at 80 - 85 degrees, and leave to infuse for 3-4 minutes.
